Aurinia Pharmaceuticals announced the initiation of the Phase 4, PRESERVE/ NCT07611214 study investigating the combination of LUPKYNIS® (voclosprin; a calcineurin inhibitor) and belimumab, obinutuzumab or anifrolumab in patients with lupus nephritis.


  • Planned enrollment was approximately 150 patients across approximately 50 sites in the US.


  • The Study’s primary endpoint was the proportion of patients achieving complete renal response (CRR) at 6 months.
