AbbVie’s lutikizumab met the primary endpoint in a Ph3 study for HS (Ref)
AbbVie announced positive topline results from the Ph3 INTREPID trial evaluating lutikizumab (IL-1α/1β antagonist) in adults and adolescents with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The study met its primary endpoint of HiSCR75 at Week 16 as well as 8 ranked secondary endpoints, including improvement in HS-related skin pain at Week 8 and reduction in HS flares. The safety profile of lutikizumab was generally well tolerated, with no new safety concerns identified.
