Kymera Therapeutics announced it had completed enrollment in the Phase 2b, BROADEN2/ trial of KT-621( a STAT6 degrader) for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD).
The Phase 2b trial enrollment was completed nearly six months ahead of anticipated timelines, and the company expected a topline data readout by year-end 2026.
Subject to discussions with regulators, the Company expected to initiate Phase 3 trials in AD by mid-2027.

Nanjing Leads Biolabs Co., announced that its partner Oblenio Bio had closed an oversubscribed $62 million Series B financing round, with proceeds directed to the initial clinical development of LBL-051 (a tri-specific T-cell engager targeting BCMA, CD19, CD3) to achieve a broad immune reset in patients with refractory autoimmune diseases.
The round was led by Pfizer Ventures, with participation from new investors Deep Track Capital and GV, alongside Aditum Bio, Oblenio's founding and Series A investor.
Oblenio expected to initiate a first-in-human proof-of-concept study in 2026, supported by preclinical data presented at EULAR 2026 showing a deep and durable immune reset without cytokine release syndrome.
