Amgen reported positive Phase 3 results for dazodalibep in moderate-to-severe systemic sjögren's disease (Ref)
Amgen’s Ph3 OASIZ 301 trial of dazodalibep (CD40L antagonist) met its primary endpoint, demonstrating statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in systemic disease activity at week 48.
The Ph3 OASIZ 301 study is expected to complete in Q4 2026.
AbbVie’s RINVOQ® received EU approval for children with active pJIA (Ref)
The European Commission approved RINVOQ® (upadacitinib; JAK inhibitor) for patients aged ≥2 years with active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) who have responded inadequately to or are intolerant to ≥1 DMARDs.
The approval was supported by Ph1, SELECT-YOUTH/ NCT03725007 study and data from adult patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
