Biocon announced US FDA approval of Yesintek® single dose prefilled autoinjector (Ref)


Biocon announced that its US Subsidiary had received supplemental US FDA approval for Yesintek® (ustekinumab-kfce) as a single-dose prefilled autoinjector.


  • The approval covered 45 mg/0.5 mL and 90 mg/mL single-dose prefilled autoinjector presentations.


  • Yesintek® was approved for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and active psoriatic arthritis in adult and pediatric patinets 6 years of age and for moderately-to-severely active Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis in adults.












Abcuro announced a $66 million series D financing to advance ulviprubart in inclusion body myositis (Ref)


Abcuro announced the closing of a $66 million Series D financing to support the continued development of ulviprubart (anti-KLRG1) in inclusion body myositis (IBM).


  • The financing was expected to advance ulviprubart toward potential registration and to support the company’s ongoing clinical development activities in IBM.


  • Uvliprubart was being evaluated in the Phase 2/3, MUSCLE study.


  • The Phase 2/3 topline results had previously been reported in February 2026.
