Argenx announced positive results from the phase 3 ALKIVIA study of efgartigimod in autoimmune myositis (Ref)


Argenx announced positive topline results from the Phase 3, ALKIVIA/ NCT05523167 study evaluating VYVGART® Hytrulo (efgartigimod alfa and hyaluronidase-qvfc) in adults with autoimmune myositis.


  • The study met its primary endpoint of mean Total Improvement Score at Week 52 in the combined study population of immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM) and dermatomyositis (DM) patients (p=0.0011).


  • Patient improvements were observed early and were sustained throughout study.
